1/3cupgrated Parmesan or Romano cheese, (I used Romano)
Instructions
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil on medium.
Add the chicken pieces and cook for about 4 or 5 minutes, but don't brown them.
Add the minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
Add the chicken broth and the milk and bring to a simmer, watch that the milk does not boil over
Stir in the pasta, then cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring every two or three minutes so the pasta does not stick together, add more chicken broth if the pan gets too dry
After the pasta is cooked, add the half and half and bring just to a boil
Remove from heat and stir in the cheese until melted.
