1 9inchpie plate with graham cracker crust made according to instructions on box.
Or use 1 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers which is 10 or 12 crackers, 1/4 cup sugar and 1/3 cup melted butter, mixed well then pressed into the pie plate. Refrigerate for 1 hour to set or put in the freezer while you mix the pie filling.
5egg yokes, beaten
1 14oz. can of sweetened condensed milk
1/2cupKey Lime juice
Pre heat oven to 375 degrees.
In a bowl, combine filling ingredients well.
Pour into the graham cracker crusted pie tin. (Do not pre-bake the crust)
Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven,
Serve cold with whipped cream topping.
For a pie that is less tart, use Persian limes, (supermarket limes). It will still taste outstanding.
