Fresh Fruit Kabobs with Honey Yogurt Dip
A summertime treat when fruit is inexpensive and plentiful.
Servings 4 servings
- Fresh fruit such as watermelon , cantaloupe, white and purple grapes, pineapple, mango, or strawberries
- Bamboo skewers
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/8 tsp almond extract
Cut fruit into bite sized pieces and assemble, as you like, 5 or 6 assorted fruits
Mix yogurt with the honey and almond extract, taste and adjust to your liking.
