Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries or other frozen fruit
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup 1% milk or other per your liking


  • Peel then chop the frozen banana into bite sized pieces and add to the blender along with the strawberries
  • Add the milk to the blender and pulse a few times to start breaking down the frozen fruit.
  • Add the peanut butter and yogurt and blend until smooth.
  • Serve cold.


Before freezing the strawberries, cut them into halves or even quarters for the big ones. They will be easier to process this way in your blender.
Feel free to use any other fruit you can think of.  This is not just for strawberries.
